Hospitality Tickets – Will be delivered in early August.
Host Passes – Each host pass will be valid Friday – Sunday of tournament week. Host passes are to be used to eliminate the need to use ticket inventory for working staff. It is the partner’s responsibility to distribute and manage ALL host passes. Please use Will Call to exchange and/or distribute passes to working staff.

Shuttle Times

***Shuttles will be running every 10-15 minutes between the parking lots and Minnehaha Country Club
If you would like to drop off any materials directly to Minnehaha Country Club parking lot, the Tournament would be happy to provide you with a Delivery Pass. This pass limited to 15-minute parking by the clubhouse for easy access to your hospitality area.
Hole #18 – Interior will have six (6) 24” cocktail tables, TVs, food, Stensland ice cream, and full bar service unless specifically noted differently in contract. Additional seating to include 2 rows of 16 seats and a third row of 12 barstools.

Hole #16 – Interior will have six (6) 24” cocktail tables, TVs, food, Stensland ice cream, and full bar service unless specifically noted differently in contract. Additional seating to include 1 row of 20 seats and two rows of bar rail.
Private chalets will be available September 11th-13th from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To have access to the chalet outside of these times please contact Mariah Logan at mlogan@prolinkssports.com or 605-271-7825 and we would be happy to accommodate.
Daytime and overnight security will be provided for Chalets. Security teams will lock each Chalet at night. Please remove any items of value each night.
Interior will have a 10’x12’ private area with 2 rows of 4 tip-top seats. Additional seating at bar rail with 4 bar stools. Community cocktail tables, TVs, food, and beverage are in a shared common area in the back of the structure.
Skyboxes will be available September 11th-13th from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To have access to the skyboxes outside of these times please contact Erica Krohn at mlogan@prolinkssports.com or 605-929-0082 and we would be happy to accommodate.

This open-air structure will have private tables and box sets reserved with your company logo. TVs, food, and beverages will be in a shared common area in the back of the structure.
Falls Pavilion will be available September 11th-13th from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To have access to Falls Pavilion outside of these times please contact Erica Krohn at ekrohn@prolinkssports.com or 605-271-7825 and we would be happy to accommodate.

Bags larger than a small purse (6 x 6) including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags are prohibited. Approved bags include: clear bags smaller than 12 x 6 x 6, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags, medically necessary bags and diaper bags.
To provide a safe environment for the public, all spectators will enter the venue through metal detectors. To significantly expedite fan entry into the Sanford International presented by Cambria, the tournament will be limiting what may be brought into the venue.

For security purposes all patrons entering the 2021 Sanford International hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Tournament, which inspection may include, without limitation, metal detection.
- Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
- Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
- Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
- No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
- Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
- Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
- Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
- All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.

All hospitality areas will be served breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Par Catering is this year’s Sanford International caterer.

The Sanford International is not responsible for materials left in your venue unless prior arrangements are made.
Each night trash will be removed from your hospitality venue. However, you are responsible for all boxes, literature, displays or other items that you may use in your private area to market your goods and services. On Monday morning following the conclusion of the tournament, the temporary tents and other facilities used to house hospitality venues will be dismantled and removed.
The Sanford International highly recommends giving away co-branded items to your guests. Please be sure to send proofs to Erica Krohn at ekrohn@prolinkssports.com for approval of Sanford International logo.
Erin Fujimoto, the co-founder of apparel company Tommy John, will be the keynote speaker of this year’s Women’s Day presented by EMC. Joining Fujimoto as a special guest will be World Golf Hall of Fame member, Nancy Lopez. Lopez will lead golf activities for attendees following the luncheon.
Hosted on Monday, September 13 at the 2021 Sanford International, Women’s Day presented by EMC is a day to celebrate all women from the Sioux Falls community and beyond. Its mission is to build camaraderie, bring women together to strengthen business and social relationships, and create a space for just women to enjoy the Sanford International.
Women’s Day will continue its vocation to raise money for the Sanford International’s charitable initiative, Birdies Give Back. This initiative incorporates charitable giving with the performance of the PGA TOUR Champions professionals and benefits Sanford Children’s Hospital. In 2020, Women’s Day attendees helped raise over $45,000 for Birdies Give Back.

The Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) Championship Pro-Am takes place Wednesday, September 14 and Thursday, September 15 at Minnehaha Country Club. Pro-Ams are exciting and unique opportunities for all who participate. Guests have the privilege of being able to tee it up alongside a PGA TOUR Champions Professional at the historic Minnehaha Country Club.
The Celebration of Champions will take place Tuesday, September 13 at the Sanford House. Pro-Am participants and one guest are invited for an unforgettable evening celebrating the legends of golf and the inaugural Sanford International presented by Cambria. Evening includes complementary food and beverage, live music, and the unveiling of official pairings for the Wednesday and Thursday Championship Pro-Am.
