BIBIGO PRO-AM SWEEPSTAKES: OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be: a) a lawful U.S. resident and at least 21 years of age as of the date of entry, and b) physical present in the United States at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Schwan’s Shared Services, LLC (“Prize Provider”) and Pro Links Sports (“Sponsor”) and immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not)) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Any person, who in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, or otherwise fails to comply with the Sweepstakes Rules, is automatically disqualified from participating without right of appeal. The Sweepstakes is not available to residents of Rhode Island, New York, and Florida.

2. ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on July 24, 2024, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on September 1, 2024 ("Promotional Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER: Participant may purchase ten dollars ($10) of bibigo product from any participating retailers and upload their receipt for entry (“Standard Entry”). Participant must visit www.sanfordinternational.com during the Promotional Period to upload their receipt and will be awarded one (1) Sweepstakes entry. All Standard Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotional Period. Alternative Method of Entry: Entrants may also enter by legibly hand-printing the following information on a standard sized postcard or on a piece of paper: First Name, Last Name, Complete Home Address (no P.O. Boxes), Date of Birth, Telephone Number (including area code), and Email Address ("Mail Entry Information") and send in a self-addressed standard size #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Sanford International Pro-Am Sweepstakes, 1105 S. Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105 ("Mail Entry"). Mail Entries must be postmarked by August 29, 2024, and received by September 2, 2024. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions of Mail Entries will be accepted. Limit one Mail Entry per eligible participant throughout the Promotional Period. ENTRANTS WHO DO NOT USE THE STANDARD ENTRY METHOD BUT WISH TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES MUST USE THE MAIL ENTRY PROCESS TO ENTER DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Proof of submitting a Standard Entry or Mail Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entries for any violation of these Official Rules in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All Entries provide an equal chance to win.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prizes and three (3) Additional Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize will be a twosome in the 2024 EMC Championship Pro-Am (approximate retail value $8,000 per Grand Prize). Each Additional Prize will be two (2) weekend tickets to the PREMIER Club at the Sanford International (approximate retail value $1,950 per Additional Prize). All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No transfer or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: A total of two (2) Grand Prize Winners and three (3) Additional Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible online entries. The drawing will be held shortly after the conclusion of the Promotional Period, on or about September 3 , 2024. All drawings will be carried out by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Except as may be substituted according to these rules, the Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
The Grand Prize Winners and Additional Prize winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone (in the sole discretion of Sponsor). If a potential Winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days excluding holidays and weekends from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded to the selected Winner only. Winners may not assign or designate another recipient for the Grand Prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: There is a limit of two (2) Grand Prizes and three (3) Additional Prizes. No additional substitution for any prize, other than those permitted by the Rules, will be permitted. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if a participant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. All entry forms and the information contained in the forms shall become the sole property of Sponsor to be used, disposed of, or destroyed at its discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winner hereby consents to the Sponsor’s reasonable use of the Winners' photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address (for verification of eligibility under the Sweepstakes rules), contents of the entry form and the name and age of the Winner. All Winners agree that Sponsor may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason Sponsor deems necessary without compensation. All participants further agree to hold Sponsor harmless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the sweepstakes.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, participant, and the parent or legal guardian of each minor participant, hereby affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and will abide by the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant acting in violation of the Official Sweepstakes Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of South Dakota and, by entering, all Winners and participants hereby submit to South Dakota state court jurisdiction and venue in Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Minnehaha County, South Dakota, Hughes Country, South Dakota. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Violations of any rules or attempts to win by fraud, deception, or cheating shall result in disqualification of that individual from participating in the current and all future Sweepstakes or contests at the sole discretion of the Sponsor as well as forfeiture of any prize(s) won by fraudulent means. All participants further agree, and the parent or legal guardian of each minor participant hereby agrees, that all e-mail addresses or social media accounts provided as part of the entry form may be retained by the Department for an unlimited period of time and used to send official campaign materials and promotional messaging unrelated to this Sweepstakes; such messages will normally contain an option to unsubscribe to further messages. All participants agree that the Sponsor may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Sponsor deems necessary without compensation. All participants further agree to hold the Sponsor harmless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use. The parent or legal guardian of any participant under the age of eighteen (18) hereby agrees to sign all necessary release forms for use of the above information related to the minor participant, including release of liability.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor, Prize Provider, their affiliates, directors, officers nor agents are responsible for any entry that is late, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control without any advance notice to the public or participants. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, all participants, and their parents or legal guardians if applicable, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, and each of their respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims made by the participants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. The Sweepstakes is a Sweepstakes designed to increase consumer awareness of and interest in Sponsor and Prize Provider. This Sweepstakes may not be used for any form of gambling. If the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Released Parties shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor and/or their respective agents. The Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.

The Sponsor, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

The Prize Provider is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes and is in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Sweepstakes. All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.

12. WINNERS: To obtain the names of the winners, and for a copy of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Sanford International at 1105 S. Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Winners’ list requests must be received by December 31, 2024. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is The Sanford International.
